Use case

RATP and SNCF count all passengers on RER A and B with ALYCE’s AI

To obtain a complete and precise count of passengers across all stations and services of RER A and B over multiple days, ALYCE deployed 2000 cameras and analyzed the footage with minUi^® Study. Over 1.2 million passengers were counted in a single day.

Monitoring Olympic traffic flows in real time with Observer sensors

RATP and Keolis deployed ALYCE’s Observer sensors to monitor passenger flows during the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Over 10 stations near event sites in the Île-de-France region were equipped. Real-time data was displayed on a custom dashboard, helping operators and partners (IDFM, Police Prefecture) manage train services and user safety. The Observer system has since been made permanent to support daily operations.

Paris Airports enhance the passenger experience with ALYCE field surveys

Paris Airports commissioned ALYCE’s bilingual field teams to carry out a multilingual marketing survey among travelers. Passenger satisfaction, needs, and behaviors were analyzed and summarized in a comprehensive report.
