Twygo
Conduct your mobility surveys via a mobile app
TWYGO (Tell Where You GO) is a mobile application developed by ALYCE for tracking the movements of voluntary users.
Twygo uses GPS data from the phone to reconstruct the routes taken throughout the day. The data processing is automated via AI to reconstruct the user’s daily travel chain and facilitate the collection of their mobility data.
Twygo main applications
Complement a household survey
Twygo can supplement data collected through a standard EMC² household survey by using observed data over several days, rather than declared data from a single day (the standard format of a Cerema-certified survey).
Launch a digital mobility survey
Twygo can be used to quickly collect data entirely digitally. Digital respondent recruitment is a key element that ALYCE has mastered for several years.

Comprehensive and representative data
Personal data protection (RGPD)
Compatible with all OS
Multimodal app
Available in 3 languages (FR/EN/AR)
With TWYGO, data collection spans several days, providing insights into users’ actual travel habits, not just behaviors from a single day. Additionally, GPS captures detailed routes, allowing for analysis of route choice behavior, for example.

TWYGO offers a map-based view of the collected data, making it easy for users to validate or correct their recorded routes.
The data collected by TWYGO, processed by AI, provides a solid foundation to support future mobility policies and informed decision-making.

TWYGO makes it possible to run multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Use Case

How did Greater Agadir use TWYGO for the mobility survey conducted as part of its 2024 SUMP?
To optimize data collection on travel habits, Greater Agadir adopted an innovative hybrid approach proposed by ALYCE, combining traditional interviews with the digital TWYGO survey. For a competitive price-performance ratio, the AOM Agadir Mobilité collected user mobility needs at a large scale and in multiple languages, delivering representative and objective data to support the local Sustainable Urban Mobility Plan.
