Optimize your parking management

Turn your parking facilities into tools for sustainable mobility

Parking plays a crucial role in urban mobility and the attractiveness of a territory. An optimized management approach helps reduce congestion, pollution, and user frustration, while contributing to ecological transition objectives. Taking action means turning parking into a strategic lever to regulate usage, anticipate needs, and improve the user experience.

ALYCE, a mobility and data analysis expert, supports local authorities with innovative, tailored solutions—making parking a strategic asset for more efficient, sustainable, and user-centered management.

Our Solutions

Through our services and technologies, we help parking operators, managers, and local authorities (EPCI) optimize their parking assets.

Real-time parking optimization

Leverage your existing video streams to enhance the management and usage of parking spaces. With minUi® Live, detect and analyze real-time occupancy, identify unauthorized or obstructive parking, and optimize allocation to better meet user needs.

Metrics: real-time occupancy rate, detection of non-compliant parking, duration tracking, alert notifications, area saturation

Parking inventory & usage surveys

ALYCE carries out detailed inventories of available parking using trained field surveyors. These audits geolocate and categorize all spaces based on rules (free, paid, blue zone), user type (PRM, two-wheelers, deliveries), and capacity.

Additional surveys include:

Occupancy: measuring usage at different times to calculate congestion

Rotation: tracking durations and turnover for user profile analysis

Compliance: evaluating payment compliance rates

Search time: assessing average time needed to find a space

Metrics: legal spot count and location, detailed characteristics, occupancy, congestion, rotation, payment compliance, search time

Carpool parking usage monitoring

Analyze usage and demand for your carpool parking areas. Identify peak times and user behaviors to inform better planning.

Metrics: occupancy trends, peak analysis, stay durations, non-compliant parking. Can be complemented with qualitative surveys (face-to-face, web questionnaires, etc.).

Paroles de clients

We commissioned ALYCE for traffic counting on mobility projects. What I appreciated most was their responsiveness — quick replies and high availability made it easy for us to meet our own client deadlines. We use the field-collected data in our transport studies. I recommend ALYCE for their responsiveness, team availability, and the quality of their services.

We’ve regularly worked with ALYCE for over 10 years on traffic counts and parking surveys across France. We appreciate their fast turnaround on pricing and help in optimizing field protocols. Safety for both investigators and users is a shared priority. Their feedback during surveys gives us clear insight into results. The data fuels our work on transport and parking studies, street design, mobility plans, or impact assessments. We’re fully satisfied and gladly recommend ALYCE to consultancies, local authorities, and private clients needing robust mobility data.

When, 20 years ago, Cabinet AED (Ingénierie Routière depuis 30 ans – Etude de déplacements et de Stationnement – Etude de Sécurité Routière) needed to carry out traffic surveys, we called on Société Alyce to carry out these major Origin-Destination surveys requiring a large number of interviewers for surveys in the Paris region. Alyce did everything in its power to satisfy us, not only in terms of results, but also in terms of meeting our deadlines. First and foremost, Alyce always works with the same people. They know our requirements and demands, which saves us time and unnecessary discussions. As a result, we don’t have to worry about the delivery of results. Alyce always responds to our requests, whether in terms of deadlines or survey complexity. They provide advice and experience, and are always on hand, whether by mail or telephone. The data collected nationwide enables us to analyze vehicle / 2WD / pedestrian traffic situations and parking histories, whether in public areas such as built-up areas and rural road networks, or in private areas such as freeways, service areas and shopping centers. They are also used to analyze existing and future road and commercial situations, through prospective traffic studies required for the validation of commercial or other projects, and expert appraisals before the courts in the event of complaints or justification. Alyce stands for experience, presence, quality, professionalism and trust, all at a fair price.
