Christian is the Director of the EMD division (Household Travel Surveys). Christian is a historical manager of the company, he joined ALYCE in 2003 when ALYCE and SOFRECO merged.
With a professional background in call center and field management applied to the domain of household surveys, Christian has great expertise in this area. He has piloted household surveys in the largest cities over the past 20 years and trained hundreds of interviewers and supervisors for telephone and face-to-face data collection. Christian’s main qualities are centered around rigor and perseverance, with an infectious smile. He is familiar with the methodological requirements of CEREMA in the context of EMC2 (mobility surveys certified by CEREMA), which gives him a high level of expertise and competency for this role.
